Best Wide Format Project
Name: SBC Summit Americas 2026
Company: Full Vision
Description:
Operating in the gaming industry, the SBC Summit Americas provides a unique platform where operators, affiliates, suppliers, regulators, investors, and other industry stakeholders can build relationships across borders and explore opportunities throughout the region. With regards to Full Vision’s role, we delivered all event signage, bespoke activations and seven feature areas for the show.
The brief from SBC Summit Americas was to create a striking welcome graphic that would maximise the event’s visibility whilst delivering meaningful exposure for exhibitors and headline sponsors.
The objective was to ensure visitors arriving at the Broward County Convention Center immediately recognised the scale and significance of the event, whilst also creating a sponsorship opportunity that extended beyond the venue itself.
Rather than relying on traditional entrance branding, Full Vision was challenged to identify a location capable of delivering maximum impact from multiple arrival points and creating a memorable first impression for attendees, exhibitors and sponsors alike.
During our site assessment, Full Vision identified a unique opportunity within the newly completed Broward County Convention Center expansion. The convention centre has recently undergone a transformational $1.3 billion expansion programme, increasing the facility to more than 1.2 million square feet of event space and creating a new waterfront destination overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Port Everglades.
A prominent high level glazed façade within the new expansion immediately stood out as an untapped branding opportunity. Positioned approximately 48 metres above ground level, the glazing was visible from multiple approach routes to the venue, including the Convention Center Connector, surrounding pedestrian routes and waterfront viewpoints.
Full Vision proposed transforming this architectural feature into a landmark welcome graphic for SBC Summit Americas. By identifying and utilising a location that had never previously been used in this way, Full Vision created a high value sponsorship asset whilst establishing SBC Summit Americas as the dominant visual presence across the convention centre complex.
What began as a request for a welcome graphic ultimately became one of the most prominent branding opportunities available anywhere within the venue.
Whilst the finished graphic created significant visual impact, the true creativity of this project lay within the planning, logistics and execution. This was one of the most technically challenging glazing installations undertaken by Full Vision.
The project consisted of more than 100 individually packaged rolls of printed vinyl, each requiring precise sequencing to ensure efficient installation at height. Every roll was packed, labelled and scheduled in installation order before arriving on site.
Access presented one of the greatest challenges. Specialist access equipment was required to reach installation areas located approximately 48 metres above ground level. In several locations there was less than 80mm clearance on either side of the access equipment, requiring meticulous planning and precision manoeuvring.
Environmental conditions introduced a further level of complexity. Due to the extreme South Florida temperatures and direct sunlight, installation could not take place during daylight hours. The entire programme was therefore planned and executed overnight to prevent material distortion, stretching and handling difficulties caused by heat exposure.
Extensive testing was carried out months in advance, including the production of trial panels to assess material performance in high temperatures, removal characteristics and opacity levels. Particular attention was given to ensuring the glazing framework behind the windows would not be visible through the finished graphic.
The programme allowed just 48 hours for installation and only 12 hours for complete removal following the event. This demanded military level planning, precise material management and flawless execution by the installation team.
The success of the project was not simply the result of large format printing expertise, but the creative problem solving required to overcome significant logistical, environmental and technical challenges.
Material selection became one of the most critical elements of the project and required extensive research, testing and validation long before production commenced.
The installation was located on a newly constructed glazed façade within the Broward County Convention Center expansion and would be exposed to the extreme environmental conditions associated with South Florida. The material therefore needed to perform flawlessly during installation, throughout the event and during removal.
Following extensive testing, Full Vision selected Drytac ReTac, a premium repositionable vinyl featuring ultra removable adhesive technology.
Over several weeks, Full Vision conducted a series of material trials to evaluate dimensional stability in high temperatures, resistance to stretching during installation, adhesion performance on large glazed surfaces, opacity levels and clean removability within the client’s strict 12-hour de-rig schedule.
The final specification delivered the perfect balance between performance and practicality. The material provided exceptional opacity, ensuring the structural glazing framework behind the windows remained hidden, whilst also remaining stable during installation in challenging environmental conditions.
Equally important was the ability to remove the graphic quickly and cleanly at the end of the event. Drytac ReTac’s removable adhesive technology allowed the installation team to remove the entire graphic without leaving adhesive residue on the newly completed façade.
The success of the project was not simply dependent on selecting a material. It was dependent on identifying, testing, and validating a solution capable of performing under conditions that very few large format installations encounter.
Exceptional print quality was fundamental to the success of the installation due to both its scale and viewing distance. The finished graphic measured approximately 60 metres by 10 metres and was produced from more than 100 individual print sections, all of which needed to align perfectly and appear as a single seamless image once installed.
To achieve this, Full Vision utilised its Canon Colorado production platform powered by Canon’s UVgel technology.
For this project, consistency was critical. Sponsor logos, event branding and colour critical artwork had to remain identical across every panel despite being produced over multiple print runs.
The Canon Colorado platform provided exceptional colour accuracy, outstanding consistency, sharp detail reproduction and highly stable output across the entire production run. This ensured every panel matched perfectly, allowing the finished installation to appear as one continuous graphic despite being produced in more than 100 separate sections.
The technology also provided excellent durability, scratch resistance and dimensional stability, helping protect the graphics throughout production, transportation, installation and removal.
Particular attention was paid to colour density and opacity to ensure the graphic maintained maximum impact when viewed from ground level, from approaching vehicles and from across the surrounding waterfront.
The result was a flawless installation spanning one of the most prominent elevations of the convention centre expansion. Despite its size and complexity, the finished façade appeared as a single seamless image with no visible variation in colour, density or print quality.
The completed installation successfully transformed a previously unused architectural feature into a landmark branding opportunity and became one of the defining visual elements of SBC Summit Americas 2026.

“Full Vision is a long-standing partner of ours, and they consistently deliver outstanding, striking graphics and immersive experiences for our visitors. At the SBC Summit Americas 2026, they created a unique and impactful graphic that gave the event and our sponsors wide visibility, a key aim of the event. We had a tight de-rig schedule, and we were impressed that Full Vision was able to remove the graphic within that timeframe and leave no trace of it. Once again, a successful collaboration that built on the success of the previous year. We’re looking forward to working together again in October for our event in Lisbon.”
