IQ delivered a comprehensive, large-scale print and signage package across The Mercantile Hotel, a 105-room hospitality destination at 28 Dame Street, Dublin. Working alongside Millimetre Design and Adston Construction, IQ produced and installed over 100 individual elements across the full property, spanning exterior facade, ground floor bar, corridors, accommodation areas and public spaces. The scope included external illuminated signage, window manifestations, wall vinyls, custom wallpapers, aluminium hanging signs, acrylic signage, LED lit signs, neon elements, and cafe branding. All elements were produced and installed within a tight construction programme as part of the hotel’s major conservation and redevelopment, completed in 2025.

The Mercantile project represents one of the most extensive large scale print and signage programmes IQ has delivered to date. The result is a cohesive, characterful branded environment that has helped reestablish The Mercantile as one of Dublin’s most distinctive hospitality destinations. IQ’s contribution spans every touchpoint a guest encounters, from the illuminated exterior sign on Dame Street to the illustrated murals and custom wallpapers throughout the interior.
